Online Course Description
In this one-on-one session we will work together to assess your current level of health and fitness and chat about what goals you would like to achieve, short and long term.
Be prepared to answer the following questions:
- What is motivating you to make changes to your lifestyle right now?
- What specific changes would you like to make?
- What obstacles might you encounter when working toward your goals?
Within our session we will take time to address your goals, obstacles, and I will give you some tools for making the first step in that direction.
My background stems in personal training, making lifestyle changes, and nutrition coaching. With your knowledge of yourself, and my understanding of the processes and science to make changes, we can partner together to lay a foundation for you to move foward by taking realistic steps toward your goals.
If you wish to continue beyond this meeting we can meet for regular health coaching sessions on the platform, or I can refer you to group classes that may be helpful for expanding your knowledge of weight loss principles and behavior change.
