During his 6 years at the company, he integrated the social media practice in the communications, marketing, and customer support departments. Today he is an independent public relations consultant specializing in crisis communications and reputation management and works for clients across Europe and Northern Africa.

He loves a good crisis from time to time, enjoys bringing people together and is a serial traveler.
